1. Overview
AJsClaws (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides workflow automation services powered by OpenClaw. We access third-party data only with your explicit authorization and only to provide the features you enable.
2. Information we collect
Depending on your enabled connectors and workflows, we may process:
- Calendar event data (e.g., title, time, description, attendees) if you connect Google Calendar.
- OAuth tokens and connection metadata required to maintain authorized access.
- Workflow configuration and execution logs (for auditability and troubleshooting).
3. How we use information
- Provide user-facing automation features you enable (agendas, scheduling insights, reminders).
- Create/update calendar events only when a workflow you enabled requires it.
- Maintain reliability, security monitoring, and debugging.
We do not sell personal information and do not use Google data for advertising.
4. Google user data & Limited Use
AJsClaws’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features that you enable.
5. Storage & retention
- Tokens are stored securely and used only to access authorized data.
- Workflow logs may be retained for troubleshooting and audit purposes, then periodically purged.
- We keep data only as long as needed to provide services or meet legal/security requirements.
6. Security
- Access controls follow least privilege.
- Where supported, tokens are encrypted at rest.
- We monitor for abuse and unauthorized access attempts.
7. Revoking access
You can revoke AJsClaws’ access at any time in your Google account permissions: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
